The LMA Lawyers’ Forum welcomes legal professionals from across the Lloyd’s market to a focused session exploring key regulatory, contractual and litigation developments impacting insurers.
This session will feature Kyle Moran and Alan Harrell (Partners at Phelps Dunbar), who will provide an overview of bellwether cases in US PFAS litigation, with a particular focus on the public nuisance aspects of PFAS and similar environmental claims, including plastics litigation.
The session will also include a round-up of issues relevant to lawyers that the LMA is currently examining.
