The LMA's Property Insurance Claims Group (PICG) invites you to a session exploring class action litigation in the US.

The event will cover the necessary requirements to maintain such an action and the potential risks for an insurer.

The presenters will consider the risks for property insurance carriers that may be subject to a class action, as well as key issues for liability claim handlers whose insureds may be subject to such claims.
