In partnership with the LMA's claims sector groups, the Emerging Professionals Claims Community (EPCC) is excited to host a series of educational sessions on different classes of business. These sessions will introduce claims handling fundamentals for each class, sharing interesting cases to highlight coverage and liability considerations.

For the first session in this series, the EPCC is delighted to welcome the LMA's FinPro Claims Group.

This session will provide delegates with:

• an introduction to FinPro claims
• examples of the types of claims a FinPro claims handler can expect to see
• case studies to highlight coverage and liability considerations.
